REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
Submit the following documents to the PEA administrative office at least 15 days before the start of the course:

• Copies of personal documents: ID (RG), CPF (Brazilian tax ID), Birth Certificate and/or Marriage Certificate, Voter Registration Card;

• Copy of undergraduate diploma and transcript (for master’s degree applicants);

• Copies of undergraduate and master’s degree diplomas and transcripts (for doctoral applicants);

• Enrollment form and application request, duly completed;

• Proof of enrollment in an ongoing master’s or doctoral program.
